One of the biggest concerns I hear from homeowners is affordability. HOA dues have increased significantly in recent years, far outpacing inflation. While maintaining our community and amenities is important, rising costs must be carefully managed.

I bring prior HOA board experience along with a strong financial background and a practical, solutions-oriented approach. I believe Board members should ask hard questions, carefully evaluate spending decisions, and focus on measurable results for homeowners.
